At Sapphire Skies, we know the Cle Elum/Roslyn area – every inch of it. It’s our passion.
We’ve hiked the ridgelines to understand views and topography. We’ve ridden bikes and snowmobiles for hundreds of miles, criss–crossing the Upper Kittitas County from the Stuart Mountain Range to Taneum Recreation Area to the Teanaway to Lake Cle Elum. We’ve even spent weeks in a helicopter, hovering just over the treetops, all in an effort to determine the optimum development plans to create Sapphire Skies communities that fit into their environment.
Founded in 2000 in downtown Cle Elum, Sapphire Skies is comprised of a team of individuals committed to the Upper Kittitas County community. Some people recognize us as land developers who take special places and carefully preserve open spaces while creating opportunities for people to live in harmony with nature. Another group of individuals knows Sapphire Skies as perfectionist home builders who create spaces for families to enjoy for generations. Others still identify us as avid outdoor–enthusiasts who know every trail, every cornice and every river in the Upper County.
In Cle Elum and in Roslyn, we’re most often known by our first names: Sean and Dave.
We’re involved in our community, working on a downtown planning committee for Vision Cle Elum, donating a new SnoPark for Nordic skiers and snowmobile riders, and creating a marketing platform to connect and support the area’s small family–owned businesses. Cle Elum and Roslyn are our community, our past and our future. We’d be delighted to help you discover this unique corner of the world. Please give us a call (509) 674-6828 or drop us an email to connect.
